The Sri Rama Industrial Training Centre Group of Educational Institutions entered the field of primary education in 05-Jul-1997. The Distance Education has approvals from DGET,NCVT and for the purpose of awarding The Distance Education's mission is to provide top-notch advanced learning with focus on jobs. The Distance Education's goals are to expand knowledge via teaching and research. It is providing undergraduate, PG, and integrated courses to spread knowledge in different streams. Fields of Department of Engineering Department of Vocational Courses courses are also taught.

With the help of academic members, the university established one Counselling Cell. The members are experts and have received counselling training.
